All of the classes at Mind Body Soul Studio attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

A Vinyasa based class adapted to the pre and post natal mothers. This class emphasizes stability, flexibility, and vitality. The purpose of these classes is to offer mothers a space of relaxation and an opportunity to connect with their babies. An excellent preparation for birthing through breath, body and mind awareness.

Yoga at Home


For all levels

No bathtub or actual bathing involved, Sound Bath Meditation uses the sound vibrations to help shift your brain into a more relaxed state, to make it easier to experience a deeper meditation. For many, meditation is unachievable due to distracting thoughts. The goal of Sound Bath Meditation is to make it achievable by aligning your focus with the sound vibrations. You will not only feel the changes in your body & emotional responses, but you will also receive a deeper healing through the traditional crystal bowls.

Fun Dance Class


For all levels

A mix of Yin yoga and Restorative yoga. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Restorative yoga restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. The combination of Restorative and Yin forms of practice calm the mind and nervous system, enable you to turn inward, and focus on the breath.

Self Defense Class

We've put together the ultimate 4-week workshop. Learn how to defend yourself with your own hands against any assailant. The purpose of our Self Defense courses is for you to gain confidence and situational awareness to protect yourself and others from endangering situations. We teach you how to use everyday items and everyday situations to learn how to stop an attacker cold in their tracks.
